God really wants us to follow His lead with great faith. I was reading about a historic revivalist, John Lake, and how God led he and his family to sell everything and sail for South Africa, with no missions support and no plan, except the call of God was simply go and He will provide. So when they landed in South Africa, an old lady comes right up to them, asks if they have seven kids (which they did) and then pronounces that God told her to give free housing for a year, to a missionary couple with seven kids that was landing that morning. And so she found the family and gave them lodgings for a year.
Immediately, I felt like God saying that He matches people of similar faith levels to be partners in ministry (a family of faith went at God’s call, and a woman of faith received and provided for them), and I was stirred up because I want to be matched with others of great faith, and my part is to do the deeds God asks of me. Just like how God matched Moses, the rescuer of Israel, with Aaron, the first priest (who must of heard God because he was already on the way to Moses while he was talking with God at the burning bush), and there are various other examples of in Scripture and history of God leading partners in faith together for His glory. So let us all continue with great faith (and all of us graduate to new levels of faith), taking risks for the Kingdom of God, knowing our Lord is in control, as we see Him and follow His every lead.
God is looking to strength hearts that are fully devoted to Him (2 Chr 16:9), and I know we all want to be found by Him and strengthen.
