Last week we held a Strengthening the Nets worship, impartation and outreach weekend. We sent out an update to our mailing list, and we are posting it here
This weekend (April 22nd & 23rd) was amazing, thanks to everyone that joined in (both in the worship & impartation night, and the Saturday outreach)! The name of Jesus was lifted high by us all.
Friday night believers from many different churches and streams gathered to worship and encourage one another towards God’s revival; this was a great night of unity with our brothers and sisters in Christ. We particularly thank the Bethel team and Convergence Church for all they did to make this possible. Thank you for serving, and glorifying Jesus.
On Friday, there were prophetic words released, vision for revival encouraged, prayer, impartation, words of knowledge, impromptu scripture teaching, healings, touches by God, and much unity & fellowship. God truly inhabits the praises of His people, and our Lord comes when we gather in His name!
Saturday, we met to do outreach to the nearby University to the Indian students. The outreach teams were amazing at interacting with the students and seeds were planted. Some of those doing the outreach had been doing this in other places in the city but were very encouraged by the receptivity of the students, as this was a something different approach to outreach.
We continue to pray for revival in the valley and that we would see all of the book of Acts written again here in our land. Some of us have been meeting on Saturday evenings to pray for revival and for each other; please let us know if you would like to join us. God’s Highlights from Friday evening:
* A flat arch in a foot healed, after God released a word of knowledge
* Which led to a hip going into joint, and legs properly align, all in Jesus name
* A word of knowledge regarding regular nightly medication, for a heart condition. During prayer he mentioned feeling heat directly in his heart (he is a medical doctor, so he would know). Praise God for such a touch. We are hoping for a good report afterwards.
* Prophetic word for a man regarding being uprooted, and new buildings in his life. Within 6 weeks, he had a new job offer across the country, had bought a lot of land and began constructing a new home there.
* During prayer, many were touched by personalized, encouraging words
* In particular, one person was touch so greatly by God, that her insides felt as on fire. This touch immediately bore fruit as new boldness was apparent during the outreach the next day (much like Acts 4: 31).
During the Saturday outreach (Northwestern Polytechnic College, on Warm Springs Blvd, Fremont), much seed of the Gospel of our Lord was sown. Three different people were right on the threshold, but were considering the cost of the commitment (which is good). Their contact info was taken for followup, and we will continue to prayer for them.
Also, we were able to minister words of encouragement & a few prophecies that revealed God’s love for them, and we prayed with many dozens of students (for health in family, for jobs, for good graces). They were very open to talking about spiritual matters, and to receive blessings and prayers.
