Fusion Tracks

Three types of students will excel in FUSION:

  • The person who wants to audit for a spiritual RECHARGE in their life
  • The student who has a college degree but wants to do ministry school courses, which may lead to LICENSING
  • The young adult who needs both a college BACHELORS degree and also desires to do ministry school

Do you know why you were created and your life’s calling? Do you have a passion to change the world around you? There are several options for ministry school tracks.

RECHARGE TRACK (Get Started Now)

Attend the course for personal recharge, enrichment and refreshment in the Lord.

These students audit the class with no formal assignments, attendance, or certificate requirements. Revival Valley will provide volunteers to help with in-class activations and ministry equipping for these students.

LICENSING TRACK (Get Started Now)

(Tentative plan) Attend nine ministry school courses (2-3 years) and three internships (1 year) to prepare for ministry and complete each with a certificate. There will be some reading assignments and attendance. Finish with a capstone project of your personal ministry goals and letters of recommendation.

Revival Valley will administrate all the aspects of Ministry school and licensing students. RV will keep any attendance, reading, or assignments for these students. The in-class lecture would be with the other credit-earning students. RV would provide a TA for these students to help facilitate in-class participation, assignments, and attendance. The students would not be able to transfer to full credits retrospectively. Students that complete all courses with good standing, have recommendation letters, and a future ministry plan will be considered for licensing.

BACHELOR STUDENT (Get Started Now)

Earn a four-year bachelors in Biblical Studies through NCBC and be filled to overflowing with the Ministry School courses. We are hoping to offer a full Ministry School experience in the coming years while getting your bachelor’s. Do nine ministry school courses and three internships.

NCBC ensures that all ministry courses were set up as accredited unit granting courses towards a bachelors in Biblical StudiesThe students are responsible for graded homework, exams, and course assignments to earn credits. The ministry courses primarily meet in person or in online groups because of the hands-on nature of the material and the need for in-class activations and practicum. Many of NCBC’s Bible theology courses are already offered online, making this set up for a hybrid education. The ministry school courses can be spread over three to four years for the hands-on ministry experience.

Ministry School Outline

We are proposing a twelve-course ministry school track that can live alongside a college degree program. This ministry portion of the program is meant to be part-time and spread over multiple years allowing students to keep their employment or be pursuing full units toward their Bible degree.

Full-time students would be doing ministry courses for credits toward their bachelor’s degree along with other online Bible Theology courses outlined by NCBC. The ministry school students would be auditing but with a separate TA and homework system that would lead to a certificate and possibly licensing through Revival Valley. The “recharge” students would be auditing with no homework or certificate.
